8月3日的具身智能赛道,资本扔出了两个亿级炸弹。
破壳机器人(PokeBot)完成亿美元级Pre-A轮融资,顺为资本与经纬创投联合领投;同一天,求之科技宣布完成1亿美元天使+轮融资。两家公司成立时间都不长,融资金额都不小,但最值得注意的不是金额,是它们的方向——都不做机器人硬件,都做机器人"大脑"。
从拼四肢到拼大脑
这个风向变化非常关键。
回顾2024-2025年的具身智能融资热,钱主要流向两个方向:一个是"身体派"——做机器人本体、做电机、做减速器、做灵巧手,比的是谁的硬件参数高、谁的动作流畅;另一个是"Demo派"——一段机器人走路/端水/开门的视频刷屏,然后就能拿到大额融资,至于能不能量产、能不能干活,再说。
但2026年下半年的风向明显变了。资本开始问一个之前不怎么问的问题:你的机器人,到底能干嘛?
走路走得再好看,端水端得再稳,如果它只能按预设程序做这几个动作,那它就是一个高级玩具,不是生产力工具。真正让机器人能在复杂环境下自主工作的,不是腿有多快、手有多灵活,是大脑有多聪明——能不能理解自然语言指令,能不能识别陌生物体,能不能在异常情况下自主决策,能不能通过数据不断学习进化。
这就是为什么钱开始流向"大脑派"。破壳机器人做的是通用机器人操作大脑,求之科技做的是具身多模态世界模型——都是解决"机器人怎么思考"的问题。硬件的差距正在快速缩小(你能买到的电机和减速器,别人也能买到),但大脑的差距才是真正的护城河。
438亿背后的算账逻辑
证券时报的统计数据很能说明问题:2026年上半年,国内具身智能赛道融资总额约438亿元,其中超一半资金涌入了聚焦机器人大脑、视觉感知、世界模型的公司,纯硬件公司的融资占比在持续下降。
量子位昨天发的一篇文章标题说得很直白:"Demo的高估值时代结束了,具身智能开始按生产力重新算账"。以前投资人看一段酷炫的Demo视频就敢打钱,现在要看你的ROI:在真实场景(工厂、仓库、餐厅)里,一台机器人替代多少人力?回本周期多长?运维成本多少?回答不了这些问题,视频拍得再好看也没用。
027期我们写了蚂蚁灵波独立融资15亿的新闻,灵波做的也是具身大脑。加上今天这两笔,"大脑派"正在成为具身智能赛道的绝对主流。这其实是行业走向成熟的标志——当一个赛道从"炫技"转向"算账",真正的玩家才开始进场。
当然,大脑派也有大脑派的问题。世界模型怎么泛化到陌生场景?sim-to-real的差距怎么缩小?数据从哪里来?这些问题都还没有完美答案。但至少资本的方向是对的:让机器人变聪明,比让机器人变好看更重要。毕竟,买机器人是来干活的,不是来看表演的。

PokeBot closed a hundred-million-dollar Pre-A round co-led by Shunwei Capital and Matrix Partners; the same day, Qiuzhi Tech announced a $100M+ angel+ round. Neither company has been around long; both raised hefty sums. But what's notable isn't the amount — it's their focus: neither builds robot hardware, both build robot "brains".
From Limbs to Brains
This directional shift is critical.
Looking back at the embodied AI funding boom of 2024-2025, money mainly flowed two ways: the "body camp" — building robot bodies, motors, reducers, dexterous hands, competing on whose hardware specs were higher, whose movements were smoother; and the "Demo camp" — a viral video of a robot walking / pouring water / opening doors, then a big funding round, with questions of mass production and real utility left for later.
But in H2 2026, the wind has clearly shifted. Capital is starting to ask a question it didn't ask much before: what exactly can your robot do?
Walking prettily or pouring water steadily means nothing if it only performs preset motions — that's an expensive toy, not a productivity tool. What makes a robot work autonomously in complex environments isn't how fast the legs move or how dexterous the hands are; it's how smart the brain is — can it understand natural language instructions, recognize unfamiliar objects, make autonomous decisions in anomalous situations, learn and improve from data?
That's why money is flowing to the "brain camp." PokeBot builds a general robot manipulation brain; Qiuzhi Tech builds embodied multimodal world models — both solving the "how robots think" problem. Hardware gaps are shrinking fast (the motors and reducers you can buy, your competitor can buy too), but the brain gap is the real moat.
The Math Behind ¥43.8B
Securities Times statistics tell the story: in the first half of 2026, domestic embodied AI funding totaled roughly ¥43.8 billion, with over half going to companies focused on robot brains, visual perception, and world models. Pure hardware companies' funding share continues to decline.
A QbitAI article yesterday put it bluntly in the headline: "The High-Valuation Demo Era Is Over, Embodied AI Starts Accounting by Productivity." Previously investors would cut checks after seeing a cool demo video; now they want your ROI: in real scenarios (factories, warehouses, restaurants), how much human labor does one robot replace? What's the payback period? What are O&M costs? Can't answer those questions, and no matter how pretty the video, it's useless.
We covered Ant Lingbo's ¥1.5B independent funding in Issue 027 — Lingbo also builds embodied brains. Add today's two rounds, and the "brain camp" is becoming the absolute mainstream of embodied AI. That's actually a sign of industry maturity — when a sector moves from "showing off" to "doing the math," real players start entering the game.
Of course, the brain camp has its own problems. How do world models generalize to unfamiliar scenes? How do you close the sim-to-real gap? Where does data come from? None of these questions have perfect answers yet. But at least capital is pointing the right direction: making robots smart matters more than making them look good. After all, you buy a robot to do work, not to watch a show.
